I am enjoying the meals SO much already! Premium Preps is a perfect description for sure!! The meals are high quality, healthy and filling. I love the variety as well. It's so nice to not have to worry about it lol. When I prepped for myself I would be eating the same chicken for like 5 nights, it's was so boring, but not anymore, I'm hooked!

They offer delicious meals that are portioned out for you so you don’t have to worry about how much to eat. I decided to try it out because I felt like I was throwing away food since it would go bad by the end of the week before I could use it.
