What day you do you deliver or can I pick up my meals?

We offer pick up and delivery. Both are done every Sunday.

When do orders need to be placed by?

Orders need to be placed by Wednesday night, no later than 10pm

Can I customize my meals to meet my dietary restrictions?

There will be a section that allows you to fill in any allergies and/or dislikes. For customized meal plans please call and speak directly to one of our team members to make sure we can accommodate your needs.

How big are the meals?

Or Standard size meals are 3-4 ounces (each) of protein, carbohydrates & vegetables. Ideal for weight loss or healthy weight maintenance. Our BULK size meals are 5-6 ounces of protein, carbohydrates, and 3-4 ounces of vegetables. Ideal for weight gain or maintaining weight for those that need more more calories. We also offer low carb options every week for those looking to cut calories and hit a specific calorie intake.

How do I heat the meals?

The recommended heating time is 2-4 minutes or until internal temperature reach 160 degrees. (microwave) For our BULK meals we recommend 3-5 minutes or until internal temperature reach 160 degrees. (microwave) You may also heat in a skillet or oven to 160 degrees internal temperature.

Does the menu change?

Yes!!!! Every week we rotate menu items to keep things fun and delicious!

When are meals available for pickup and/or delivery ?

We offer both delivery & pickup. Both are done on Sundays Deliveries: 5pm-8pm Pickups: 4pm-5:30pm For pickups - please call 1 hour prior to arrival to ensure your order is ready.

What is Premium Preps?

A food delivery service that provides health without the hassle ! Chef crafted, health inspired meals are made fresh and delivered right to your door.

What areas do you deliver to?

We are based out of the North-shore and deliver up to a 30 mile radius from our home kitchen in Peabody MA.

How long is the shelf life of the meals?

Our meals last 4-5 days in you refrigerator and can be frozen and hold for up to 30 days.

How do you keep the meals cold while delivering?

Our delivery vehicles have insulated cargo bags where the meals are kept and are not out for delivery longer then a 3 hour window. Food safety standards holds a 4 hours window where food can be safely left out before needing to be either reheated or refrigerated.

I am a retailer/gym owner, can Premium Preps provide me meals to sell at my business?

We are always looking for businesses to collaborate with and would love the opportunity to help your members.

Where can I find nutrition info on meals?

Nutritional information comes in the description of each meal on our website.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes ! You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you cancel a subscription before 4 consecutive weeks you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes! We will cancel your order any time before Thursday at 7am. If you do not cancel before then, your order will be accounted for and charged in full.
